　　●The package is returned by FedEx or China Customs without leaving China:

　　1.The package fails to pass the customs inspection or the goods in the package are not suitable for export by the customs;

　　2.The package passes the airport security check,and the package contains articles prohibited or restricted by aviation,and the sender cannot provide relevant supporting documents;

　　If the above reasons are returned,customers can find out the reason for the return through FedEx's official customer service telephone;and the package generally takes 1 to 2 working days to return to the Amada logistics package processing center.After returning,the customer service can refund the customer's freight but not the processing fee.For some prohibited items sent by customers,MEDA logistics will make the corresponding decisions according to the actual situation Should be dealt with.

　　1.The package fails to pass the inspection of the customs of the destination country or is forced to return by the local customs due to the reasons of the articles in the package;

　　3.Other items that are forcibly returned by local FedEx or customs due to package or recipient's reason;

　　If the package is returned,FedEx will not refund the delivery fee,and will charge the corresponding return fee according to the transportation mode used at the time of return.The final Zui fee of the returned package is subject to the Federal Bill.

　　Packages returned to China may be subject to import duties and VAT.If the tariff and VAT amount is less than RMB 20000,FedEx will pay in advance,and then collect cash or checks from customers while delivering the packages.
